Josie obtained his law degree from Parahyangan University and his master degree from University of Indonesia.

He is in his 14th year of practising law in Indonesia. His practice covers broad range of corporate commercial and litigation.

He joined RnD Partnership in 2021.

He is a member of PERADI.
